The company’s business is centered around an effective internal control system that allows the company to operate in a healthy and consistent manner with business objectives through an adequate process of identifying, monitoring, and managing major risks.

For us, it is important to share the path taken by the company to show you how we intend to carry on the business activity by continuing to invest in the growth of a culture of compliance within the corporate organization. By applying the principles contained in the Organizational Model provided by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and in the Code of Ethics, we not only act in the interest of Garramone but in line with our Mission.

The company has equipped itself with a reporting management system – even anonymous provided they are adequately substantiated – relating to illegal or illicit conduct.

Reports can be made through the TeamSystem platform, available at this link, considered a preferential channel as it is suitable for guaranteeing confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporter using IT methods.
Through the platform, the person making the report will be guided through each phase of the report and will be shown, in order to better detail the report, a series of fields that must be filled in, complying with the required requirements.

Reports can be made in writing or orally through the methods described in the General Part of the Company’s Organizational and Management Model and are aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity.

Reports will be handled by the Company’s Supervisory Body.

Reporters acting in good faith are protected from any form of discrimination, retaliation, or penalization, and the correct fulfillment of the reporting duty cannot result in the initiation of disciplinary proceedings or the application of related sanctions.

The adoption of the mentioned system does not preclude, in any case, the reporting of any violations of laws or government regulations to the competent authority.
